Your VRN (vehicle registration number) is safely confirmed to the parking space owner to ensure that you and your vehicle are easily identified once your parking booking is processed. It is also to protect you from mistakenly being issued with a PCN!

Just park your vehicle and leave the rest to us! Our easy-to-use platform lets you park hassle-free at your booked location and it will also inform you if there are any post-booking instructions

The full address, access instructions and contact information will be provided once you complete your parking reservation. We suggest that you contact the parking space owner in case you have any doubts about where to park.

In case you are unable to contact the Parking Space Owner, kindly contact our support team and we will be happy to help you!

We advise that you try and make an accurate estimation for the time you require the parking space. This is to avoid paying penalties or even PCN’s at some sites. We ask all drivers to commit to their booking timings and leave their parking space at the agreed time, as overstaying affects the experience of other users as well as impacts on the Parking Space Owner’s commitments.

In the event of any overstay the driver will be liable to pay:

  1. The full price for any additional time stayed, charged at an hourly rate until it reaches the price for a total daily rate.
  2. A £10 overstay charge per day to us for administration and processing.
  3. The owner shall authorise Pay-N-Park to collect payment of any such additional fees from the Driver on behalf of the Parking Owner.

Pay-N-Park has full discretion about whether any fees will be applied for overstays and Pay-N-Park’s decision will be final.

Unless otherwise specified in your post-booking instructions (found in your Booking Confirmation email), you can come and go as you please within the time frame of your booking.

To extend your booking using the app:

1.Log in to your account

2.Under the 'Active Bookings' tab, locate the booking you want to extend.

3. Click 'Manage Booking' and you will find options to extend the parking booking subject to availability.

Yes! We instantly reserve your spot after booking. Our platform co-ordinates with Parking Space Owners, validates parking space listings and ensures availability information.

Kindly lookout for any post-booking instructions provided in your Booking Confirmation email for additional details on how to find and access the parking space.

In the unlikely event that the parking space that you have booked is cancelled by the parking space owner, then please contact us. The Pay-N-Park customer service support team will try their best to relocate your booking for no additional cost or offer you a full refund.

No, you pay the price mentioned on our App. There are no hidden fees or extra charges (barring any overstay).

Option 1: You will receive an email upon completion of your booking requesting a review of your experience.

Option 2: Log into your account. Under “Past Bookings” select “Leave a Review.”

Some of our Parking Space Owners with parking spaces near the airports do offer transfers. If this is an option, it will be explicitly stated in the listing.

To arrange your transfer, you will first have to:

  1. Place your booking in order to receive the Parking Space Owner's contact details.
  2. From there, you will need to co-ordinate directly with the Parking Space Owner to make the arrangements.

For your peace of mind really! By pre-booking, your parking is reserved instantly and you can continue a hassle-free ride.

As the majority of our spaces belong to individual Space Owners, we recognise that circumstances can change without much notice. For this reason, to avoid any disappointment, we only accept bookings up to three months in advance.

The majority of our spaces are rented out by private Space Owners who are not VAT registered, in these instances VAT is only charged on Pay-N-Park service fee (20%).

If you've booked a parking space owned by someone who is VAT registered, then VAT is applied to the full booking value.

All of our receipts include a VAT breakdown regardless of how much is charged. These can be downloaded at any time by logging into your account and viewing your booking. Our VAT number is GB 167 3571 86.

We go the extra mile to ensure that your vehicle is safe. Our Parking Space Owners are committed to providing a great experience for all Driver's.

Also, parking on a private driveway is usually a lot safer than parking on the street (for the same reason that insurance premiums can be lowered if you park on a driveway).

To search for a space simply:

  1. Enter a city, town or street name in the search box on the home screen
  2. Select the required parking filters to find a relevant parking space
  3. See parking spots available for booking, listed from the closest to the furthest location you entered.
  4. Voila! Book your ideal spot.

Follow the steps below to book a space:

Find your perfect parking space from the location search.

Select the dates and times you require using the parking filters.

Proceed to the booking screen.

Select the vehicle to be used for the booking.

Review the booking details and make the required payment.
